This centre has developed comprehensive strategies to deliver a wide range of programme of activities seeking to improve, develop and match university resources to community need, which include:

1.   to foster the community development either at local, regional, or internationally through implementation of teaching and research activities  on science and technology basis   

2.   to encourage all the university member to take part  in the community  development

3.   design an integrated programme to address strategic issues towards an increase of  people’s capacity building

4.   to ensure delivering services of the highest quality, this centre develop a mutual beneficiary collaborations among organisation within and outside the university
